Meet your movement Coach

Growing up on the Central Coast of California, Fiona became an avid outdoor fanatic & endurance athlete. No stranger to being on a team, she attended UCLA & excelled as Team Captain for their NCAA Division-1 Women’s Rowing team. She also participated in Americorp & various volunteer groups, working as a team to support underserved communities.

Post-grad, she worked in the nonprofit sector in public health & social welfare. Although Fiona was making a meaningful impact, this career path did not speak to her lifelong passion for health & wellness. After several months of international solo backpacking and exploring, Fiona returned to the Bay Area to follow her aspirations of empowering others through movement.

For Fiona, fitness is about freedom, resiliency, & sustainability. Her goals as a coach are to make movement accessible to all, build confident lifelong movers, create spaces of belonging, and empower individuals to move well and live daringly with agency in their own lives & health. This year, she completed her first triathlon and 50km ultramarathon, and is currently training for a Half Ironman triathlon.
